First Orion was experiencing website conversion challanges. The website had a poor user experience, was lacking compelling content, call-to-actions were non-existant, multiple pages were insuffcient for mobile optimization.
While working at First Orion I continuously monitor, test, and optimize the website based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices. I first started by improving the websites navigation, by simplifying menus, ensuring an intuitive design, and providing clear pathways for users to find information. I constantly conduct user testing to identify pain points and make necessary improvements.
